Handheld computer devices are also termed as Personal Digital Assistant or PDAs, which has become the major requirement of millions of people, throughout the world. A PDA is a handheld device, and a large number of handheld computers are based on blue tooth, wireless and many other technologies, which make them extremely adaptable and helpful. HP iPaq H4350 works on Intel's 400MHz XScale processor and its RAM size is about 64MB. Its Wi-Fi connection permits the user to connect to the Internet. It has a transflective screen and outstanding battery life. Garmin iQue 3600 has its own GPS system and a transflexive screen. It processor size is about 200 MHz and runs on the Palm OS 5.2.1 operating system. Toshiba Pocket PC e750 has 64MB of RAM with an additional ROM of 32MB. Its processor size is 400 MHz.
Toshiba Pocket PC e335 has Intel 300MHz XScale processor with an excellent battery life. It consists of a reflective screen, which has 240x320 pixels. Palm Tungsten E has 126MHz Texas Instruments OMAP 311 ARM processor plus internal memory of 32 MB.
